What You’ll Do

• Provide neonatal intensive care in our 16-suite Level III NICU
• Collaborate with neonatologists and the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Assist with coverage of the newborn nursery
• Work in a state-of-the-art facility recognized for architectural excellence and patient-centered care
• Participate in patient rounds, assessments, and care planning
• Support family-centered care and communication
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives

What You Need

• Current NNP Board Certification (no exceptions)
• 2+ years of NNP experience (excluding RN backgrounds)
• Strong neonatal care skills and a collaborative team attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
