Job TitleForklift OperatorPay$26.23Shift3rd Shift: 10pm - 6am, Monday - FridayWhat We OfferPaid vacation and 13 paid holidays.Annual bonus opportunity (up to 3% annual salary based on Plant’s performance).College tuition reimbursement.401k plan offered with company match.Company contributions available for employee Health Savings Account.Competitive health, dental, vision, life, home/auto purchase benefit options available.Fitness reimbursement program.Employee battery program – 1 free battery a year.Lots of opportunity for growth and advancement.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Forklift Operator you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials at the lines.Staging each production line with the proper materials.Verify quantities received and perform incoming inspections.Load finished products on trucks that are ready to be shipped to customers.Responsible for moving finished products, raw materials, and part to different locations in the plant.Perform daily production cycle counts.Qualifications6+ months of forklift experience in a manufacturing setting.Must be able to operate stand-up forkliftComfortable working 12-hour days as needed.Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed.Pass forklift certification.Basic computer skills.Basic math, reading and writing skills.Must be able to wear required PPE.About the PlantOur St. Joseph, Missouri distribution center charges, packages and ships the batteries used in cars, boats, motorcycles, and heavy-duty trucks.
