• Follow all company policies and driving regulations
Compensation & Growth
• $160/day during paid training (typically ~3 weeks)
• $170+/day after training, with increases based on performance, safety, and reliability
• $180–$200/day for drivers with 1+ year of FedEx experience
• Opportunity to pick up a 6th day for additional earnings
Schedule & Stability
• Full-time positions with steady, year-round work
• Consistent schedules so you can plan your life outside of work
• Reliable routes and dependable weekly hours
• Most drivers work 5 days per week
• Opportunities for additional days available for those who want extra income
• Peak season offers even more earning opportunities
What We’re Looking For
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Physically able to lift and carry packages up to 150 lbs with assistance when needed
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Delivery or driving experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training

• Active work environment that keeps you moving
• Growth opportunities for dependable drivers
